The farmhouse has been in our family for generations — bought by my grandfather, a veterinarian with a deep love for the Tuscan countryside, then lovingly restored by my parents and opened to guests in 2019. The philosophy: absolute privacy, silence and authentic Italian living.

Sansepolcro is a small town in the province of Arezzo, Tuscany, on the border with Umbria and Marche. It was founded around an abbey dedicated to the Holy Sepulchre, from which it takes its name. It was a free commune and then a center of Renaissance culture, home to the painter Piero della Francesca. It was elevated to a city and a diocese by Pope Leo X in 1520. It is located on the banks of the Tiber river, at the crossroads of four regions.
